Austria - free shipping on all LOXONE products with an order value of €90 or more, below that we charge € 5.90 shipping costs.
EU - free shipping from an order total of € 190, below that we charge € 9.90 shipping costs.
Switzerland - on request, we will also be happy to make you an offer for an export/export delivery
according to § 6 Abs.1 Z 1 UStG

Shipping processing:
The dispatch is usually carried out with the Austrian Post, or directly by the manufacturer / supplier with his shipping partner.
Delivery times:

Austria: 1 - 3 days
Europe: 2 - 5 days
Our delivery time is also based on our product availability, whereby all products are always available. Delayed delivery times can only occur in exceptional cases.
Guarantee & Warranty:
We always try to process guarantee and warranty claims in the interests of our customers in an uncomplicated manner.
The warranty period for batteries is generally six (6) months, for all other Loxone products 24 months . Guarantee services can only be used as a bring-in service or send-in service.
