Returns / complaints:
If you suspect a defect in one of our products, please create a support ticket. We will take your complaint and inform you of how to proceed.

If you want to send your order back or would like to exchange goods, please fill out the following complaint request, we will send it to you Return form . The costs for the return or reshipment are to be borne by the customer.

You have the right to return the goods in the original packaging within fourteen days without giving a reason.
If you want to return items later, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 10%, which may arise for the re-storage of the goods in the dealer's warehouse, and will be deducted from the credit note. Thank you for your understanding.
Important information Complaints

As soon as the device complained about has been checked by us, you will either receive a full credit for the device price in the case of a warranty claim, or we will repair it or we will deliver a replacement

Unfree or insufficiently stamped packages cannot be accepted

A processing fee of €15 will be charged for returns without a valid complaint number

In addition, we charge an inspection fee of €20 per complained device in the following cases:

Devices with damage not covered by the warranty

Devices that have been sent to us for inspection and are not faulty

Devices that are no longer within the warranty period

If there is no error in the device, other than what has been reported to us

Items that are returned within 14 days but show clear signs of use or damage to the packaging

We reserve the right to send returns unprocessed to the sender without a REKL number
